E-acquaintace with the University

For the first time the Russian New University site webcast a celebration ceremony of Open Day at the University. Thanks to the original technology, developed by RosNOU researchers, applicants from all over Russian and the CIS countries were able to get acquainted with the University without leaving their homes. In the course of that event the RosNOU site visitors could not only watch the ceremony, but also participate in it due to a simple feedback system (chat). They could directly ask RosNOU officials questions about the University and learn everything they wanted to know.

Dozens of questions were asked during the 45 minute webcast. One of the most popular topics was whether senior pupils from the CIS countries could get an opportunity to study at the University according to an “electronic(remote) or classical education” syllabus.
