Kazakhstan-Russia: scientific and educational integration

Russian New University and “Сrass”, a scientific and educational corporation (the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alma-Ata), signed an agreement on strategic cooperation in the spheres of education and sciences. Professor Vladimir A. Zernov, Head of RosNOU stated that with the agreement implemented in collaboration with SEC «Crass», Russian New University expands essentially export of its educational programs using high technology e-learning to the CIS Central Asian part and the Republic of Kazakhstan. In his turn, Arthur Urazov, General director of the corporation, underlined the fact that the Kazakhstan partners are interested in using RosNOU’s innovative developments of information and communication systems, security systems, advanced technologies in applied medicine, nanotechnologies and small-scale power engineering.
