Chairman of the Board of Edward Rhine’s Fund visited RosNOU

A delegation headed by Doctor of Science, Professor Rolf Gartz, Chairman of the Board of Edward Rhine’s Fund, visited the Russian New University. Members of the delegation addressed the scientific and educational community of Moscow.

“The Russian New University is well known in Germany and it is famous not only for its high academic standards, but also for its innovative developments,” said Rolf Gartz. “A lot of scientific discoveries and inventions made by RosNOU researchers are being applied in many countries of the world. These successful developments would do credit to any specialized research institution, not just a scientific and educational one.

The German guests were especially interested in a noise damping device, a medical appliance “Cardiocode” and a vertical axis wind turbine developed by RosNOU reseachers.

RosNOU EMTC (Education Multimedia Technology Centre) arranged an on-line Internet broadcast of the event.
