RosNOU the Winner Again

There was held an open tender within the framework of the Federal Objective Program «Scientific and Educational Staff for the Innovative Russia» which is to be accomplished in 2009 — 2013. The winner of the tender acquires the right to make government contractual work to carry out research activities for state needs. The results of the tender have been recently summed up.

The RosNOU application, a research work «The Development of an Efficient and Environment Friendly Metal Nano-layers Deposition Method», was awarded the highest appraisal by the RosNauka (Russian Science) Tender Commission on Lot 8 (the topic: «Implementation of Chemistry and New Materials Scientific Research under the Supervision of Guest Researchers»).

Many leading innovative universities took part in the tender including Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI», Novosibirsk State University «NGU», Moscow State University «MGU», Moscow Power Engineering Institute «MEI», Saint Petersburg State University «SPGU» and the Russian New University «RosNOU».
