India sets an example of effective development without talking a lot
The 1-st International Conference on Management of Technologies & Information Security was held in the Indian city of Allahabad from 20 until 24 of January. RosNOU Professors V.A. Zernov, V.A. Minaev, and V.P. Khrenov submitted a joint report "Discovery of the Natural Number Laws and Some Applied Aspects of Discovery". The report was published in the official conference information package "Recent Advanced in Management and Information Security" by "Shree publishers & distributors", New Delhi, a reputable Indian publishing house.
The report aroused great interest. As a result, Dr. M.D. Tiwari, director of IIIT (Indian Institute of Information Technology) and A. Abhishek, the Dean of the Faculty of Information Security of IIIT, suggested that the two parties should carry out a joint research with the idea of developing a fundamentally new information security system, implemented on single-sweep confidential information security keys. In 2005, Professor V.P. Khrenov took a patent for “a linear oscillator of prime numbers one after another” which is expected to be used in the research now. The Indian party has taken upon it to get prominent information security companies to participate in sponsoring the project.
Furthermore, in the course of the talks, the Indian partners expressed an interest in RosNOU’s current developments of the latest medical and speech technologies, E-learning and video conferences adapted to poor-quality communication channels, as well as smart security service. Early in February 2010 RosNOU officials planned to submit to the Indian party their proposal concerning joint scientific and technology research and development as well as application of finished products.
Both the Russian and the Indian parties expressed their readiness to go on with the program within the framework of their collaboration in the areas. Besides, the Indian IIIT officials are willing to arrange exchange programs of students and professors, who specialize in management, information technology and information security systems.
We are eagerly starting cooperation with our Indian colleagues. There is plenty to learn from our Indian friends in the field of both innovative education and innovative industry.
