A Group of Italian Students Came to RosNOU

On Monday, November 14, 2011, a group of students from Istituto Professionale de Stato per l’industria El’artigianato A.Meucci (Italy) arrived at the Russian New University (RosNOU). This visit was arranged within the frameworks of a student exchange program.

Vladimir Minaev, RosNOU vice-rector for innovative-educational and scientific work, met with the Italian guests and told them about the University’s educational, scientific and innovative areas of activities. The Italian students also visited RosNOU Centre of Endoecology, where they were examined with the help of such medical equipment as “Cardiocode” and “Angioscan". After the examination, they set up to studying the Russian Language.

The itinerary of the Italian students group included the tour of Moscow, visiting the Red Square , the Kremlin, Vorob’yovy Gory (the Sparrow Hills), the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Polytechnichal Museum, The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, The Tupolev Museum, and the State Tretiakov Gallery. The students of RosNOU College and those of the Department of Foreign Languages were making these tours for the Italian guests.

A return visit of RosNOU students to Italy is scheduled for the spring of 2012.
