Memorandum of Cooperation between Innovation Parks

On December 19th 2011, Innovation Park of the Russian New University (RosNOU) and the Scientific Park of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The Parties agreed:

· to establish and develop cooperation between parties in all spheres of their activities;

· to hold joint research and development works, attracting other partners;

· to transfer technologies, developed by parties;

· to make a search of suppliers and sources of financing on the territory of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and other countries;

· to share information on a regular basis, hold meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences in order to attract new parties concerned, such as companies, corporation, and other organizations;

· to raise international funds and financial support of the venture companies for the purpose of the research and development projects implementation;

· to do the exchange of the teaching staff in order to share experience in the field of commercialization of the research and development activities;

· To help each other in the organizing and holding workshops, conferences, and scientific schools.
