«Cardiocode should be introduced» said Boris Gromov, Moscow Region Governor

A report-and-election conference lead by the Moscow regional department of the United Russia party (UR) took place in the Moscow region. The conference reached an agreement to keep on implementing innovation concepts of development in the Moscow region.

Vladimir Zernov, presidium member of the regional political council of the UR, regional head of the «National innovation system» project, head of Russian New University, said that scientific potential in the Moscow region exceeds that of some major European countries. «We have the technologies, we have people willing to work and we have our governors willing to help».

Some products of scientific and technological research of Russian New University were presented at the conference; those were «Cardiocode», intellectual safety server (ISS) and secure video conferencing system (SVCS).

Boris Gromov, Moscow region governor, was particularly interested in a portable computer hemodynamics analyzer «Cardiocode». The governor pointed out that the device is really useful. He also said Russian Ministry of Health and Social Development (Minzdravsocrazvitia) should consider introducing the analyzer in medical practice.
